Top left picture is Bricelyn holding shells from Waverly Beach park...we were on a date with Cole and Roni this september. Next 2 pictures are Bricelyn at Benaroya Hall for the Tiny Tots Symphony. The theme was Barnyard Dance so they brought in a fiddler and a banjo player. This was after the concert in the lobby where the kids could get a little closer to the musicians.

Bricelyn keeps us busy! She loves cheering at games with her sister, dressing up and dancing, and spending time with her cousins. Here she is with Sydney at a rendition of "Little Red Riding Hood". It was at Molbak's Nursery so the girls had a blast after the play running around and looking at everything.

Brendan

Brendan is growing at what we lovingly call a freakishly fast rate. (Must be all those hormones in the un-organic milk he drinks! LOL) He is still playing basketball and soccer is starting up soon (sigh) so much for summer!

Summertime!

Hey there sun lovers!
We are enjoying a different kind of summer this year. The northwest has been experiencing a very mild summer so we haven't had those really hot days which drive you to seek out the nearest water. Also, our kids have yet to cease with their school sports. I don't remember this being an issue when I was a kid....am I that old??! Let me just say I am missing the good old days of moms fried chicken at the lake & staying until dark; going out on the sound & "sleeping on the beach" and sitting around the campfire. Curlew is sounding really good about now! Maybe Cole, Roni, Chase & Kailx will bring some warm weather with them when they come up this week.

Happy New Year everyone! Anything new?? We've been battling fevers/flu here. So far Brendan & I are the only champions (we haven't got sick)! Something new for me...I'm teaching swim lessons at the Monroe YMCA 2 days a week. It's fun and the whole family gets a membership because I work there! Bricelyn went to her first lesson and loved it! She's gonna be a fish like her Momma!! Here are some more pictures from our very fun trip (last July) to California. Also Bricelyn at her dance class doing the balance beam, and Briana and her boyfriend Andrew at Christmas Morning Breakfast.
